PODGORA
In the centre of the Croatian Coast lies Podgora, an excellent place for your holiday. Podgora was a small fisherman's village until the beginning of the 1960s. After the construction of the Adriatic main road it developed into a modern tourist resort with more than 2000 beds in hotels and about 3600 beds in private accommodation. You can spend your holiday during the whole year, because the climate is mild, and the sea is pleasant for swimming from May until October. Here the nature and the sea will never say "good bye" to you - but always "see you again"! Many restaurants, pizzerias and other gastronomical objects will serve you quality national and international dishes and drinks. For the active holiday we have prepared multi- purpose sport grounds: for tennis, volleyball, basketball, bowling.
